Description
Killarney Provincial Park is north of Parry Sound and south of Sudbury, Ontario. It is a 6 hour drive from Toronto, and one of the best places in North America to catch views of Georgian Bay and Lake Huron. The landscapes and trail views in the park have been features of photographs and paintings for over one hundred years. It is one of my most favourite places on earth to catch fresh air, the outdoors, and take in magnificent views of Ontario's natural beauty. Many of my paintings also reflect these landscapes.
This art was chosen as part, of a Special Feature Series in the “Red Maple Gallery”,, accompanying my BATHURST STREET CAR COMING NORTH TO QUEEN STREET, photograph, an award winning artwork, of the GEORGE F. G. STANLEY AWARD and SPECIAL FEATURE.
